Delivery times

The products will be delivered within the delivery time stated on the advance invoice when the order is confirmed. The delivery period begins when the buyer receives confirmation of receipt of the order along with an advance invoice to his email address. Unless otherwise stated and only in the event of difficult delivery of goods or exceptional circumstances, this deadline may be extended.

In the event of unexpected complications or delays with the order, the buyer will receive a notification by email with the new estimated delivery date of the order. In no event will the Company be responsible for non-delivery of goods due to reasons beyond its control.

Special delivery times apply to trade fairs and other promotions and campaigns where goods are sold at reduced prices. For goods purchased at a reduced price in any way, the delivery date is set by the company FEYDOM HOME d.o.o. determined and the customer cannot choose it himself. The delivery time must not exceed 95 working days. The period begins with the deposit. All special offers and discounts are mutually exclusive unless expressly stated otherwise.

Information, shipping and delivery

FEYDOM offers free delivery only in Slovenia. Several shipping methods are available to the buyer:

1. Kostenlos: Transport zur Adresse mit Einbringen und Montage: If the buyer selects “Free Delivery” as the shipping method, the goods will be delivered to the address specified by the buyer in the order. The goods are also delivered through the front door of the apartment to the address specified by the buyer. It is important to ensure that the ordered goods can be brought into the apartment unhindered and that the floor and other equipment in the apartment are protected. If the path to the apartment is blocked or the characteristics of the building do not allow this (narrow staircase, spiral staircase), we cannot guarantee that the sofa will be brought in. The day and time of delivery are determined by the Company in advance and cannot be changed without additional payment. A free change to the delivery address provided when confirming the offer is also not possible. The price also includes the removal of all protective materials.
2. For an additional charge: transport to the address with removal of the old sofa:If the buyer selects “Free delivery with removal” as the shipping method, the goods will be delivered through the apartment entrance door to the address specified by the buyer in the order. We also dispose of your old sofa. This service is only available for the disposal of the old sofa in a landfill and not to another address. It is important to ensure that the ordered goods (removal) can be brought into the apartment unhindered and that the floor and other equipment in the apartment is protected. If the path to the apartment is blocked or the characteristics of the building do not allow this (narrow staircase, spiral staircase), we cannot guarantee that the sofa will be brought in or disposed of. The additional charge for this service is 140 euros. The price also includes the removal of all protective materials.
3. For an additional charge: Date selection – day and time of delivery: If the customer wants to choose the delivery date and time himself or if he does not agree with the date set by the company and wants a different date or time, this is possible for an additional payment of 150 EUR (delivery is between Monday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.). The prices indicated apply to deliveries within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia. If more than 3 sofas are included in one order, a surcharge of 60 euros will be charged.
4. For an additional charge: Subsequent change of delivery address: If the customer subsequently changes the delivery address after confirming the offer, this is possible for an additional payment of 60 EUR.
