After receiving the product, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to return it. The product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must be packaged in its original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase attached. For products ordered as a set in a single color, you have a 14-day cancellation period from the contract. All orders where you select a set of elements and complement them with selected colors according to your wishes are considered goods manufactured according to precise instructions from the consumer and adapted to your personal needs. According to Article 43.č of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 98/04 – official consolidated text, 114/06, ZUE, 126/07, 86/09, 78/11, 38/14, 19/15, 55 /17 – ZKolT and 31/18) the consumer has no right of withdrawal for these goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the company FEYDOM HOME d.o.o., Avstrijska 3, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email).
Regardless of the form of termination of the contract, you must send us a copy of the invoice.
Upon receipt, we will inspect the product and notify you that it has arrived at our address. After checking the product, we will notify you of the refund status. If the refund is approved, we will transfer the money to your credit card (or the payment method used). Depending on the card issuer’s policies, you will receive a cash refund within a few days.
The processing of purchases by the Company is carried out in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for Legal Entities. Companies, sole proprietors and other legal entities can return items according to the warranty conditions. Legal entities may NOT exercise the right to withdraw from the contract or refund the purchase price within 14 days.
Shipping costs for the returned product are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping costs are not included. If you have any questions about returning products, contact us.
